A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE ANCHORAGE EASEMENTS, PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS - INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT 2-C
ZONES 1 AND 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
and this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE, that

Vacation Law.
This Resolution is adopted pursuant to the Public Service Easements
Sec. 2. The public interest and convenience require, and it is the intention
of this Council to vacate anchorage easements, public service easements and drainage
easements situated in the City of South San Francisco, County of San Mateo, State of
California, and more particularly described as follows:
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Lot 21, Block 10
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Lot 22, Block 10
Anchorage easement 3 x 20 feet, fronting on Utah Avenue
at Return, Lot 17, Block 10
Overhead easement, Lot 3, Block 13
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northeast corner Lot 14, Block 3
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northwest corner Lot 15, Block 3
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northeast corner Lot 15, Block 3
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northwest corner Lot 16, Block 3
5 foot Drainage easement, Adjacent Northeast Line Lot 15, Block 3
5 foot Drainage easement, Adjacent Southwest Line Lot 16, Block 3
All located in Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zones 1 and 2.

Reference is hereby made to a map entitled "South San Francisco Industrial
Park Unit No. 2-C South San Francisco, San Mateo Ceunty, California", which map is
on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
Sec. 3. Notice is hereby given that Monday, December 7, 1959, at 8:00
o'clock P.M. in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francosco, California,
are hereby fixed as the time and Place when and where all persons interested in, or
having objections to, the proposed vacatiOn of said easements, may appear before
said Council and be heard.
Sec. 4. The City Clerk of said City shall publish this Resolution once in
a newspaper of general circulation published within said City, in the manner pres-
cribed by law for publishing resolutions for said City.
Sec. 5. Notices of the vacation of each of said easements shall be posted
conspicuously along the line of each easement, or part thereof, proposed to be
vacated at least ten (10) days before the date set for the hearing. Such notices
shall be posted not more than 300 feet apart, but at least three shall be posted along
the line of each easement.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly
introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Fran-
cisco, at a regular meeting held this 16th day of November, 1959, by the
following vote:
