A RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION OF ANCHORAGE
EASEMENTS, PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS' AND DRAINAGE
EASEMENTS - INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C
ZONES 1 AND 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, and
this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that
1. The City Council did on the 16th day of November, 1959, adopt its Resolution
No. 2903 of Intention to Vacate Anchorage Easements, Public Service Easements and Drainage
Easements located in Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zones 1 and 2, in said City.
2. Said resolution recited that proceedings were being undertaken pursuant to
the Public Service Easements Vacation Law for vacating said easements.
3. Said Resolution of Intention was duly published as required by law, and notices
of its passage entitled "Notice of Proposed Vacation of Anchorage Easements, Public Service
Easements and Drainage Easements, Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zones 1 and 2", were duly
posted in the time, manner and form provided by law, all as appear from the affidavits of
publication and posting on file in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
4. Monday, the 7th day of December, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. at
the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, were fixed in said Resol-
ution of Intention as the time and place when and where any and all persons interested in,
or having any objections to, said proposed vacation might appear before said Council and
be heard.
5. No objections of any kind or character have been, or were made, or filed,
against said proposed vacation, and all persons desiring to be heard, were heard.
6. It is to the interest and convenience of the City of South San Francisco that
said easements be, and they are hereby, vacated. Said easements are situated in said City
of South San Francisco and are more particularly described as follows:
(a)
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Lot 21, Block 10
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Lot 22, Block 10
Anchorage easement 3 x 20 feet, fronting on Utah Avenue at Return,
Lot 17, Block 10
Overhead easement, Lot 3, Block 13
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northeast corner Lot 14, Block 3
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northwest corner Lot 15, Block 3
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northeast corner Lot 15, Block 3
Anchorage easement 1.5 x 20 feet, Northwest corner Lot 16, Block 3
5 foot Drainage easement, Adjacent Northeast line Lot 15, Block 3
5 foot Drainage easement, Adjacent Southwest line Lot 16, Block 3
All located in Industrial Park Unit No. 2-C, Zones 1 and 2.
(b)
10 foot Drainage easement, Lot 25, Block 3, located in Industrial Park
Unit No. 2-C, Zone 1
7. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a certified copy of this Resolution
and order, attested under the seal of said City, to be recorded in the office of the County
Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of California.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced
and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular
meeting held this 7th day of December, 1959, by the following vote:
