A RESOLUTION ORDERING VACATION OF PORTION OF LITTLEFIELD
AVENUE AND SERVICE ROAD - INDUSTRIAL PARK UNIT NO. 2-C
ZONES 1 AND 2
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, and
this Council does hereby FIND, ORDER and DETERMINE that
1; The City Council did, on the 19th day of October, 1959, adopt its Ordinance
No. 444 of Intention to vacate that portion of Littlefield Avenue lying between the Easterly
corner of Lot 1, Block 14 and the Southerly line of Utah Avenue, and the public street known
as "Service Road", as said streets are shown on the map entitled "South San Francisco
Industrial Park, Unit No. 2-C", which map was recorded in the office of the County Recorder
of the County of San Mateo on February 25, 1959, in Book 50 of Maps, at pages 31, 32 and 33.
2.. Said Ordinance recited that proceedings were being undertaken pursuant to the
Street Vacation Act of 1941, for vacating said streets,
3. Said Ordinance of Intention was duly published as required by law, and notices
of its passage entitled "Notice of Proposed Street Vacation - Portion of Littlefield Avenue
and Service Road" were fully posted in the time, manner and form provided by law, all as
appear from the affidavits of publication and posting on file in the office of the City
Clerk of said City.

4. Monday, the 16th day of November, 1959, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M.
in the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, were fixed in said
Ordinance of Intention as the time and place when and where any and all persons interested
in, or having any objections to, said proposed vacation might appear before said Council
and be heard.
5, NO objections of any kind or character have been, or were made, or filed,
against,said proposed vacation.
6. It is to the interest and convenience of the City of South San Francisco
that said portion of Littlefield Avenue and Service Road be, and said streets are hereby,
vacated.
7. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a certified copy of this Resolu-
tion and order, attested under the seal of said City, to be recorded in the office of
the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly in-
troduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
at a regular meeting held this 7th day of December, 1959, by the following
vote:
