THE REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
REGULAR MEETING
January 14, 1987
TIME: 7:00 P.M.
PLACE: Community Room, Municipal Services Building, 33 Arroyo
Drive, South San Francisco, California
CALL TO ORDER: Chairman Mark N. Addiego called the Redevelopment Agency
meeting to order at 7:06 p.m.
ROLL CALL: Present: Chairman Mark N. Addiego, Vice Chairman Jack Drago, Member Richard Haffey, Member Gus Nicolopulos
Absent: Member Roberta Cerri Teglia
Also Present: Executive Director C. Walter Birkelo, Deputy
Executive Director Mark Lewis
AGENDA REVIEW: Executive Director Birkelo asked that the ordinance
regarding the Shearwater Specific Plan Zone be removed from
the agenda.
APPROVAL OF It was motioned by Member Haffey, seconded by Vice Mayor
BILLS: Drago that claims as submitted for payment in the amount of
$34,666.73 be approved. After clarification of Member
Nicolopulos' concerns regarding the Shearwater payment, the
motion as made and seconded was unanimously carried.
APPROVAL OF It was motioned by Member Haffey and seconded by Vice Mayor
MINUTES: Drago that the minutes of the regular meeting of November
12, 1986 be approved. The motion as made and seconded was
regularly carried.
CLOSED A closed session was called at 7:15 p.m. to discuss the
SESSION: Shearwater Litigation.
RECONVENE: The meeting reconvened at 7:32 p.m. Chairman Mark Addiego
stated that the Agency gave direction to staff and the
Airport Subcommittee and has taken no action at this time.
GOOD & WELFARE: Chair Addiego invited members of the public to speak on
issues relating to redevelopment. No one spoke.
AI~IOURNMENT: It was motioned by Member Haffey and seconded by Vice
Chairman Drago that the meeting be adjourned. The motion
was carried, as made and seconded.
