DIRECTING MAKING OF A~ENDED ASSESSMENT - INDUSTRIAL
SEWERS AND PUIfl~ING STATIONS
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California, that
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram' was made and filed with the City Clerk of said
City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 1987 adopted by the City Council of said
City on Rarch 15, 1954, and the provisions of the Runicipal Improvement Act of 1913, and said
assessment was confirmed by said Council on Ray'lT, 1954, and recorded in the office of the
Superintendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there :are unpaid assessments
against which bonds have been issued under the Refunding Assessment Bond Act of 1935 as mod-
ified in the Runicipal Improvement Act o3 1913, have 'been divided so .that they no longer con-
form to the original parcel boundaries as shOwn on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The Superintendent of Streets shall cause to be prepared and filed with the
City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lot and parcel so divided, by
consolidating Diagram and Assessment No. 25 and No. 23-A, said new parcel to be designated
Diagram and Assessment No. 25-A.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessment shall be segregated
and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the original lot or
parcel and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions of tBe original lot or
parcel shall be:equal to the unpaid assessments upon said original lot or parcel of land.
3. That Ronday, the 16th day of Ray, 1960, at the hour of 8:00 o'clock p.m. at
the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco,
California, be and the same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearing said amended
assessment before said Council.
4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time and place of such
hearing before the City Council by publishing a notice of said amended assessment twice in
the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation, published and circulated in said
City, the first publication being not less than fifteen days before said hearing.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted by the City Council'of the City of South San Francisco at a
regular meeting held this 18th day of April, 1960, by the following vote:
