A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO ACCEPTING A GRANT OF PUBLIC
SERVICE EASEMENT FROM HAMLIN COMPANY TO THE CITY OF
SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that said
City shall, and hereby does, accept that certain Grant of Public Service Easement, dated
as of the 15th day of December, 1959, whereby HAMLIN COMPANY, a California corporation,
gives, grants, transfers and conveys to said City of South San Francisco an easement inter-
est over, across, through or under certain real property therein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk be, and he hereby is, directed to
cause said Grant of Public Service Easement, together with a certified copy of this resolu-
tion, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly intro-
duced and adopted at a regular meeting held on the 6th day of June, 1960, by
the following vote:

Councilmen Andrew Rocca, G. J. Rozzi, Leo J. Ryan and Patrick E. Ahem
NOES, None
ABSENT, Councilman Emilio Cortesi
