ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Addiego, Halley, Nicolopulos, Teglia and Drago. Boardmembers absent: None. Motion to approve the Minutes of M/S Haffey/Nicolopulos - To approve the the Regular Meeting of 5/11/88, Minutes of the Regular Meeting of 5/11/88, and the Regular Meeting of 5/25/88. and the Regular Meeting of 5/25/88. Carried by unanimous voice vote. 2. Approval of the Regular Bills of ~ M/S Haffey/Teglia - To approve the 6/22/88. Regular Bills of 6/22/88 in the amount of $2,903.60. Carried by unanimous voice vote. 3.
