A RESOLUTION AWARDING SALE OF BONDS
LOWRIE-BOTHIN-SWANSON PROJECT
FIRST SALE - $150,000
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 3106, adopted by said
Council on November 7, 1960, and its Resolution calling for bids on the first sale
of bonds pursuant thereto, adopted on June 5, 1961, notice of said sale has been
duly given;
WHEREAS, this is the time and place fixed therein for receiving bids for
the purchase of said bonds, and said bids have been received and publicly opened,
examined and declared by this Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That all written bids received for the purchase of said bonds, ex-
cepting the bid herein stated, be, and they are hereby, rejected, and that said
bonds be, and they are hereby, ordered sold to J. B. Hanauer & Company - 140 So.
Beverly Drive - Bever{y Hills, California, as the highest responsible bidder
therefor, said sale to be subject to all of the terms and conditions set forth in
the Notice of Sale of said bonds and in said accepted bid.
2. That the Treasurer be, and he is hereby, directed to have said bonds
pri~ed forthwith, and that the same be immediately signed, sealed and delivered
to said bidder on receipt of the amount therefor and upon the performance of the
conditions contained in said written offer.
3. That the interest rate of said bonds be, and the same is hereby,
fixed at the rate stated in said bid.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regu-
larly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South
San Francisco at a regular:meeting held this 19th day of June, 1961,
by the following vote:

Andrew Rocca, and Leo J. Ryan.
