A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING
PAYMENT TO THE JOINT POLE ASSOCIATION
-- LITTLEFIELD AVENUE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco
that the City Clerk be, and he is hereby, authorized and ordered to draw and for-
ward to the Joint Pole Association a check or warrant iu the sum of THREE THOUSAND
ONE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR DOLLARS AND SIXTY-NINE CENTS ($3,16~.69) as an advance de-
posit for relocating certain Jointly owned public utility facilities in the vicinity
of East Grand Avenue on Kimball Way, said warrant or check to be drawn on the Little-
field Avenue and Kimball Way Improvement District Account.
I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 3rdd~
of Ju~, 1961, by the followiuq vote:
