A RESOLUTION OF AWARD OF CONTRACT - -
AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND BADEN AVENUE INTER-
SECTION - LEFT TURN SIGNAL INSTALLATION
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Cali-
fornia, that
WHEREAS, pursuant to previous order of the City Council and published
notice, bids were publicly opened, examined and declared ou the 28th day of August,
1961, for the work to be done and the improvement to be made as described and
specified in Resolution No. 3252 entitled, "A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS AUTHORIZING THE
WORK AND CALLING FOR BIDS ON THE IMPROVEMENT OF AIRPORT BOULEVARD AND BADEN AVENUE
INTERSECTION - LEFT TURN SIGNAL INSTALLATION".
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED as follows:
1. That said Council does hereby reject all of said proposals or bids
except that hereinafter mentioned, and hereby awards the contract for doing the
work and improvements and furnishing the materials, supplies and equipment neces-
sary therefor, to the lowest responsible bidder, to wit: KENNEDY ELECTRIC at the
unit prices named in their bid.
2. That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized to make and enter
into a written contract with said successful bidder, and to authorize, receive and
approve all bonds iu connection therewith, and the City Clerk of said City is here-
by directed to attest his signature and affix thereto the corporate seal of said City.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held ou the
5th day of September, 1961, by the following vote:
