HomeMy WebLinkAboutReso 3376-1962352 RESOLUTION NO. 3376 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING ATTORNEY OF RECORD TO ACCEPT DEED -- LITTLEFIELD-KIMBALL AVENUE PROJECT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that John E. Lynch of the law firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, attorneys of record with the City Attorney of the City of South San Francisco for the City of South San Francisco, in that certain action entitled CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO v. SWIFT & COMPANY, et al, Action No. 95215, in the Superior Court of the State of California, in and for the County of San Mateo, be, and he is, hereby authorized and directed to settle Parcel No. 6A, as more particularly described in said condemnation pro- ceedin~, for the sum of Three Thousand Five Hundred Ninety-Nine and 40/100 Dollars ($3,59~.40) and to execute and deliver all of the documents and to take all action necessary to complete the acquisition of said Parcel 6A, owned by defendant Califor- nia Pacific Title Insurance Company, a corporation, and as agent to the City to accept in behalf of the City of South San Francisco, a deed in the form attached hereto and to record the executed original thereof. IT IS FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Treasurer is authorized and hereby directed to draw his warrant, payable to defendant CALIFORNIA PACIFIC TITLE INSUR- ANCE COMPANY, a corporation, in the sum of $3,599.40 for Parcel No. 6A and to de- liver said warrant to the attorneys of record, Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & Morton, 630 North San Mateo Drive, San Mateo, California, for transmittal to said defendant. I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a regular meeting held this 5th day of February, 1962, by the following vote: Ayes, Councilmen Noe s, ,, Absent, G.
