A RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO MAKE
CHANGES AND MODIFICATIONS ---
LOWRIE-BOTHIN-SWANSON PROJECT
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, that the public interest, convenience and necessity require and that it is the
intention of this Council to make changes and modifications in the work to be done
pursuant to Resolution No. 3106, a Resolution of Intention to Acquire and Construct
Improvements, Lowrie-Bothin-Swanson Project, adopted by this Council on November 7,
1960, by amendin~ paragraph 1 of said Resolution of Intention by addin~ subparagraph
(k) thereto to read as follows:
"(k) The acquisition of a right of service in a
water line together with fire hydrants, valves and fittin~s
to be constructed and owned by others.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the 19th day of March, 1962, at the
hour of 8:00 o'clock P.M. in the regular meeting place of said Council, Council Cham-
bers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, are hereby fixed as the time and
place when and where said Council will consider the matter of making said changes and
modifications and hearin~ all protests and persons interested therein.
The City Clerk of said City shall cause a copy of this resolution to be pub-
lished once in the Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of general circulation published
in said City and the paper in which the Notice of Improvement under said Resolution
of Intention was published, said publication to be at least ten days before said day
of hearing.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
5th day of March, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
