A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION OF PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco that
the followin~ property be acquired:
Code 13-1
Parcel 011-313-07
0.091 Acs. Parcel 12, Zone B,
per Assessor's Map of S.S.F.
ACREAGE SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk draft a warrant in the amount of
$1.50 plus the cost of advertisin~ for the purpose of said acquisition and forward
same to the County Tax Collector of San Mateo County in payment of said acquisition
in accordance with a letter from the County Tax Collector dated March 22, 1962, to
the City Clerk of South San Francisco offerin~ to convey said property to the City
for the sum of $1.50 plus the cost of advertising.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held on the
2nd day of April, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
