DIRECTING MAKING OF AMENDED ASSESSMENT
HARBOR WAY ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
that
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
WHEREAS, an assessment and diagram was made and filed with the City Clerk of
said City all pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 2567 adopted by the City Council
of said City on January 6, 1958, as amended, and the provisions of the Municipal Im-
provement Act of 1913, and said assessment was confirmed by said Council on March 3,
1958, and recorded in the office of the Superintendent of Streets of said City; and
WHEREAS, certain lots or parcels of land upon which there are unpaid assess-
ments a~ainst which bonds have been issued under the Improvement Bond Act of 1915,
have been divided so that they no longer conform to the original parcel boundaries as
shown on said assessment;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, that
1. The Director of Public Works shall cause to be prepared and filed with
the City Clerk a report and amended assessment and diagram of the lots and parcels so
divided, said parcels bein~ designated Assessment Numbers 12 and 13.
2. That the unpaid installments of said original assessments shall be se~-
re~ated and apportioned in accordance with the benefits to the several parts of the
ori~inal lots or parcels and the total amount of the assessment of the several portions
of the ori~inal lots or parcels shall be equal to the unpaid assessments upon said
original lots or parcels of land.

3. That Tuesday, the 4th daN of September, 1962, at. the hour of 8:00 o'clock
P.M., at the Council Chambers, City Hall, South San Francisco, California, be, and the
same are hereby, fixed as the time and place for hearin~ said amended assessment before
said Council.
4. That the City Clerk of said City shall advertise the time and place of
such hearin~ before the Council by publishin~ a notice of said amended assessment twice
in the South San Francisco Enterprise-Journal, a newspaper of ~eneral circulation pub-
lished and circulated in the City, the first publication bein~ not less than fifteen
days before said hearing.

regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
6th day of August, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
