A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF TH~ CITY OF SOUTH
SAN FRANCISCO ORDERING VACATION OF PORTIONS OF BRENT-
WOOD DRIVE, KENWOOD WAY AND HAZELWOOD DRIVE
RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, Califor-
nia, and this Council does hereby find, order and determine that
1. The City Council did on the 4th day of June, 1962, adopt its Resolution
No. 3489 of Intention to vacate portions of Brentwood Drive, Kenwood Way and Hazel-
wood Drive, more particularly hereinafter described.
2. Said Resolution recited that proceedings were undertaken pursuant to
the Street Vacation Act of 1941.
3. Said Resolution of Intention was duly published as required by law, and
notices of its passage entitled "Notice of Proposed Vacation of portions of Brentwood
Drive, Kenwood Way and Hazelwood Drive" were fully posted in the time, manner and form
provided by law, all as appear from the affidavit of publication and postin~ on file
in the office of the City Clerk of said City.
4. Monday, the second day of July, 1962, at the hour of 8 P.M. in the Coun-
cil Chambers, City Hall, Grand and Maple Avenues, South San Francisco, California,
were fixed in said Resolution of Intention as the time and place when and where any
and all persons .interested in, or havin~ any objections to, said proposed vacation,
may appear before said Council and be heard.
5. The portions of Brentwood Drive, Kenwood Way and Hazelwood Drive to be
vacated and described as follows:
As set forth in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof, same
bein~ a legal description, and map, copies of which are on file in the office of the
City Clerk.
6. No objections of any kind or character have been, or were, made or filed,
a~alnst said proposed vacation.
7. It is to the interest and convenience of the City of South San Francis-
co that said portions of Brentwood Drive, Kenwood Way and HazeIwood Drive be, and here-
by are, vacated.
8. The City Clerk of said City shall cause a certified copy of this Reso-
lution and order, attested under the seal of said City, to be recorded in the office
of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo.

Beginnin~ at a point which lies in the westerly right of way line of North-
wood Drive, said point bein~ the beginnin~ of a curve which is the most easterly line
of Lot 25, Block 19, Brentwood Subdivision No. 2, as recorded on May 9, 1946, in Book
25 of Official Maps, at pages 50 and 51, County of San Mateo, State of California, from
said point of beginning alon~ the arc of a curve to the right in a southeasterly direc-
tion, tangent to the westerly right of way line of Northwood Drive, said curve havin~
a radius of 20 feet and a central an~le of 90° 00', an arc distance of 31.416 feet to
the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence alon~ the arc of a curve to the right in a westerly
direction, a tangent to said curve bears S 59° 15' 20" W, said curve having a radius of
150 feet and a central an~le of 13° 37' 14" · ~
