That John E. Lynch of the law firm of Wilson, Harzfeld, Jones & ~orton,
attorneys of record with the City Attorney of the City of South San Francisco, for s~id
City, in that certain action entitled CITY OF SOUTH SAN FR~I;~?CISCO vs. CI~ ~D COI~TY 07
SAN Fi-~tNCISC0, et al, Action No. 9~$600, in the Superior Court of the State of California~
in and for the County of San Mateo, be, and he is, hereby authorized and directed to execute
a Stipulation for Judgment for the taking of the land described in said action ~s Parcels
7~ 7A~ 8, 9 and 11, im the sum of Two Thousand Three Hundred ~nd ~mghty-Se~en Dollars
(~i)2,387.00)~ and to execute and deliver all of the documents and to take all action
necessary to complete the acquisition of the parcels aforesaid, owned by defendant, CITY
AND COUN?f 0F SAIl FRANCISCO, a municipal corporation.
IT IS FURT~{ER RESOLVT~D, that the City Treasurer is authorized, and hereby
directed, to draw his warrant, payable to the County Clerk, in the sum of One Thousand
Eight Hundred and Eleven Dollars (:i.~1,811.00), which sum represents the difference
between the security deposit held by the Court, and the agreed award for the parcels of
land aforesaid, and to deliver said wsrrant to the attormeys of record, aforesaid, at
630 ~[orth S~n Mateo Drive, San Mateo, California.
I hereby certify thst the foregoing resolution was regularly introduced and
adopted by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco at a r~gu!ar meeting
held this 17th day of September, 1962, by the following vote:
