A RESOLUTION OVERRULING PROTESTS ON RESOLUTION
OF INTENTION NO. 3552 -- NORTH AIRPORT BOULEVARD
CURB, GUTTER AND SIDEWALK IMPROVEMENTS
that
RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of South San Francisco, California,
WHEREAS, this Council did on September 4, 1962, adopt its Resolution of In-
tention No. 3552 to construct public improvements in and for said City;
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1962, this Council adopted a resolution appointin~
time and place of hearin~ protests in relation to the proposed improvements and direct-
in~ notice;
WHEREAS, notice was given of the time and place therein stated in the manner
provided by law, as appears from the affidavits on file in the office of the City Clerk;
and
WHEREAS, said matter came on regularly for hearin~ at the time therein fixed;
WHEREAS, all written protests and other written communications were publicly
read at said meetin~ and all persons desirin~ to be heard were fulIy heard;

NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows:
1. That protests a~ainst said improvements were not si~ned by the owners of a
majority or more of the area of the lands within the assessment district, or of the area
of the lands within the assessment district assessed for the costs and expenses of said
work.
That said protests be, and each of them are hereby, overruled.
I hereby certify that the fore~oin~ resolution was
regularly introduced and adopted by the City Council of the
City of South San Francisco at a regular meetin~ held this
15th day of October, 1962, by the followin~ vote:
