CALL TO ORDER: (Cassette No. 1) 8:35 p.m. Chairman Pro Tern Drago presiding.
ROLL CALL: Boardmembers present: Drago, Fernek~, and Yee.
Boardmembers absent: Teglia, and Penna.
Chairman Pro Tem Drago stated that Vice Chair-
woman Teglia was attending a very important
Roundtable meeting this evening.
Clerk Battaya stated that Chairman Penna was in
Kishiwada, Japan, on sister city business.
RECESS: Chairman Pro Tern Drago recessed the meeting at
-- 8:36 p.m., in the event Vice Chairwoman Teglia
would be able to attend the meeting.
RECALL TO ORDER: Chairman Pro Tem Drago recalled the meeting to
order at 9:40 p.m., all Boardmembers were present
except the Chairman and Vice Chairwoman.
AGENDA REVIEW AGENDA REVIEW
Acting Executive Director Mattel stated that there
were no changes to the Agenda.

1. Motion to approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Approved.
10/14/92.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of 10/28/92. Approved in the amount of $5,797.1 I.
3. Motion to cancel the Regular Meeting of 11/11/92. So ordered.
