Meeting called to order at 8'I5 0 Clock P.M. by Trustee P,A. CunninghamPresident of the
Board of Trustees. Roll-call found the following Trustee~ present, to wit; G.W.Holston,
J.H,Kelley, J.O.Mc. Govern and ~.A.¢unntngham. Absent, Trustee T.L. Hickey.
Minutes of the previous meeting were read and approved.
Under headt of reports of City Officers the monthly reports of all 0ity Officers except
that of City Recorder were read, the reports of the Clerk and Treasurer showed a cash Bal.
of $I236.08 on hand June Ist, I912.
Moved by Trustee Mc. Govern seconded by Trustee Kelley that the reports of all City officers
received at this meeting be accepted as read.

by the finnance committee.

was formally introduced by Trustee J.G. Mc Govern and laid over to come up ~.~der regular
order of business at the next meeting of the Board.
An Ordinance entitled,"An Ordinance d. efini~'~gthe boundaries of Baden Avenue and establishing
official elevations on Baden Avenue between the west line of ~J~r~a~ Avenue and the east li
line of Chestnut Avenue., was formally introduced by Trustee J.H. Kelly and laid over until
next meeting of the Board.
Upon motion of Trustee Mc Govern seconded by Trustee Kelley and regularly carried the
~ty Clerk was instructed to notify owners ofnmoving picture Theatres to not sell more
than their seating capacity at any ~.er~ormance in the future.
