17hereas Desist Haviland and Tibbetts Consulting and Designing Engineers, ~or the City of
South San Francisco,have presented to the Board of Trustees of the City of South San Fran
cisco,full and complete plans,specifications and. estimates segregated and in detail,showing
the location, size, method of construction and cost of a proposed sewer system for said City
of South San Prancisc9 designed for the reception, collection and dis~osalof sewage of seed
City of South San ?rancisco,which plans,specifications and estimates-have been approved
by the ~ity Engineer_ of the City of South San ?rancisco;aad
'~,~reas said plans,specifications and estimates for sai~ sewer system are accompan..~
ied by all the necessary information, estimates and drawingsnecessary, to completely ex~,~a~n~,~ '
such plans,specifications and e~t~o '~mates, and the same appearing to this Boated to be eom-
plete and correct in each detail and suitable for the purposes for which t~e same are in-
tended,
