This meeting was called to order at 8'I0 0 Clock P.i~[.b~ Trustee

Absent Trustees
The minutes of the previous meeting was read and upon motion of Trustee J.H. Xelley seconded
Trustees '~ Govern add regularly carried ~ere approved as r~ad
k Communication ~vas received from the San ~:~ateo Comity ~evelopment association ,asking that
~ representative on the Board of ~overnors from the City of South San Francisco,be appointed
as the ~erm of the present representative T.L Hiokey,had expired.
The Chairman of the Board again appointed Trustee T.L. H~okey,to act as representative
of South Sn Francisco for the ensueing year.
A oommunioa~on v:as received from S.Sgt. Cordier in ~vhioh he surrendered to the Board of
Trustees the liquor ~ense hold by him at ~ZI0 Grand Avenue,he having sold his business to
John Bottinni.
An Application for a"~lass A" Liquor license v~as then prensented from John Bott~nni
an aooompaniug same was a bond execut~d in fnvo~ of the City of South San Francisco in the
