and the South line of Armour Avenue,including all streets and intersections of streets,be
re,faded and paved for its full lenght fror~ curb to curb with an asphaltic concrete ~
pavement consisting of an asphalt [c concrete surface two (~) idches i.~ th~eknes~ laid
on a concrevtde foundaition four(4) inches in thic~ess.
That corrugated iron culverts,and concrete jackets,bas<:s sides ,headv.,alls
wingwalls,and approaches _~or such culverts be constructed wherever shown on the plans

All work herein provided for shall be done t0 official grade and in accor

The Board of Trustees under the authority conferred upon it by the provisions
of that certain act of the Le~islature of the State of California,approved April,Tth. IgII
and kno~ as the "~mprovment Act of IgII~ determines and declares that serial bonds shall
be issued to represent the cost of said proposed improvments; s~-'id bonds shall be serial
extending over a period of nine t9) years from the ?econd day of Januarynext succeeding th
their~date,and shall be issued to represent assessments of twenty-five (£5)D~llars or
more remaining unpaid for thirty days after the date of the warrant issued to the Contract-
or,or five days after the decision of s,~id Board of Trustees on an appeal; an even annual
Dro!~ortion of the principal sum of each bo~d shall be payable ,by coupon ,on the second day
of January of each year after its date and until the whole is paid,and lntrest :~hall be
payable semi-annu~lly by coupon on the seconds days of January and 4ulyre~pectively of
