Regular Meeting of the Noard of Trustees of the City of South
San ~'rancisco,held Monday, July,20, 1914,
This meeting was called to order at 8' 0 C.~ock p.m. ,by Trustee
G.V'. Holston "President of the Board" .
Roll-call
Roll call found the following Trustees present,to ~.~t;
~',A. Cunntngham,~$~~ Geo H. Wallaae and G.W. Holston.
Trustee Kelley appear ed after roll call.
Absent Trustee J.C. Mc Govern.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and were approved after several cor-
rections had been made.
An application was received signed by 23 residents of So. S.S.P.
asking the Board of TArustees that permission be ~rantedthe applucants to established a fire
company at the west end of the City,to be known as Fire Co. ~2.
Upon motion of Trustee Cunningham seconded by Trustee Kelley and regularly carried
the permission was gramted,
The follow_~.ng demands against the ~ity were presented for payment
the same having been approved by the finance co~nittee.

Geo. A. Eneese Engineering Services
W.J. Martin Hall rent months June and July
Chas. Merckes labor oheaning City Hall
Maud Wallace work on assessment-roll
Harry Harder labor on Baden Bridge
W.J. Smith Fees as City Clerk

City of South San Yrancisco.,had i~:s second reading and upon roll call was adopted as an
ordinance of the City of !~outh San Pranoisoo by the following vote;
Ayes Trustees P.A. Cunningham ,J.H. Xelley,Geo. H. Wallace and G.W. Holston.
Noes Trustees None
