This meeting was called to order at 8' 0 Clock P.i~I., by Trustee G.Y:. Holston "President
of the Board".

The reading of the minutes of the pre-Jious meeting was dispensed with.
The following resolution was introduced by Trustee Cunningham.

boundary line of each o~ said streets and extending five (5) feet towards the curb line
~xcept where such sidewalks have already been cons~ructed;and by filling in earth back of
the c~rbs of each of s~id streets so as to bring th sidewalks betweent the c'~rb and con-
crete sidewalks to officiak grade,except where such filling has already been done ; and
by constructing concrete ~tters in each of said streets,except where such gutters have
already been constructed: and by laying and constructing an oile~ macadam pavemen~ from gu
gutter to gutter in each o~ sa d streets.
All work herein provided for shall be done to official grade and in accordance with
the special ~lans and specifications heretofore adopted by Said Board of Trustees for
doing said work and now on file in the office of the Cit~~ Clerk,to which referen~e is hereby
made for further description of said work.
The Board of T~ustees ~der the authority conferred u?on it by the provi~ions of that
certain act of the Legislature o$ t?'~e State of C~lifornia,a~proved April ?th. 191~, and
known as the "Improvment ~ct of 1911".deteruines and declares that serial bonds shall be
issued to represent the ~ost of said proposed improvments ;said bonds shall be serial,extend
lng over a perio~ o~ nine (9)years ~ro~ t e second day of J~nuary next suceeding their
date ,and shall be ~ssued to rep~-'esent assessments o? t~'entyfive
~) dollars or ~uore

~esignated for that purpose 'y said Board of Trustees.
