This meeting was called to order at 8' 0 Clock P.M.,by Trustee G.W.Holston
"President of the Board".
Roll-call
Roll-call found the following Trustees present, to wit;
?.A,-C~nningham, J.H. Kelley, J.C. Mo Govern, Ceo. H. Wallace and G.W. Holston.
Absent Trustees None
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Mc G~vern
seconded by Trustee Wallace amd regularly ca:~'ried were approve~ as read.
A petition signed by thirty three propoerty owners for the repeal of Ordinance ~?0
was received by the Board of Trustees,action on which was postponed and the petition
was ordered placted on file.
A communication was received from ~.W. ~lorence asking that official
permiss ion of the Board under the City seal be given the Pacific Gas & Electric Co. to
set poles on Miller Avenue~- and also on San Bruno Avenue.
The City Clerk was authorized to grant the permission as desired.
The City clerk was instructed to communicate with the James L. Flood Estate concerning
a paved road from t e l,lission road to ~'~he State H~ghway~opposits Leipsic lane.
~i~ved by Trustee l,lc Govern seconded by Trustee Kelley that the sum of Thirty five
dollars be donated to ~has Storek Manager of the So. S.F, base ball team for the purpose
of buying base ball suits.

~he following demands against the City were presented for payment the same having been app-
roved by tLe finance coumittee.

~'-esolved by the Board of Trustees of the CLty of South San ~ranoisco theft said City
hereby offers to Guiseppe Ucelli and Angiolini Ucelli the sum of 2ire Hundred ($00) dollars
for a right of way over their property for the extehtion of Grand Avenue,as shown upon the
survey of the City Engineer and upon the proceedings hitherto had by said Board of Trustees
for the exten~on of said Grand Avenue ,~and that the President of S~id ~oard of Trustees
and the C~y G~rk be,~nd they hereby are authorized to enter into an agreement with
said Guiseppi Ucelli and Angiolini for the purchase of said right of way.
