Held Friday May llth. 1917.
This.~eeting was cs~led to order at 8' o clock p,m. by ~tee J.H. Xelley "President of the
Board".

The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting were dispensed With.
The hearing of the complaint against O. Bianchinni which had been set for this meeting wa~s'taken up
at this time.
Three persons were called by the Board of Trustees namely O. Bianchinni, A Maggori
and A. Pearra, who after being sworn replied to a number of questions put to them by the City
Attorney and members of the Board of Trustees.
After considering the testimony given by the. i'~i~n'amea the Board of Trustees decided that the
license held by~O. Bianchinni should be revoked, accordingly the following resolution was introduced
by Trustee G.W. Holston.
~$~ereas it appears to the Board of Trustees of the City of S,3uth San Francisco
that O. Bianchinni the holder of ~ permit and license for the conduct of a retail liquor saloon
in the City of South S~n Francisco, has been operating s~id place of business in violatio~ of the
ordinance regu~.ating the business of selling liquor at retail;
Resolved by said Board of Trustees that said permit and license be, and the
s~me hereby are revoked.
I hereby certify that the following resolution w~s regularly introduced and adopteA by the
Board of Trustees of the City of South San Francisco, ~his llth. day Of May, 1917, by the following
vote; ~Ayes Trustees, L~'~A. Cunningham, M.F. Healy, G.W. Holston, Geo. H. Wallace and J.H. Kelley

Absent Trustees None

Moved by Trustee Healy seconded by Trustee Wallace that W.J. Smith receive an increase

The City Engineer wasinstructed to procure figures as to difference in cost of laying Standard
pavmmnt
Company.
