Boardmembers absent: Matsumoto.
Clerk Battaya stated Boardmember Matsumoto was
out of town on City business.
She introduced Deputy Mary Bolt who will function
as Clerk tonight as a training assignment.

Acting Executive Director Moss stated there were no
changes to the agenda.

1. Motion to approve Minutes of the Regular Meeting of Approved.
9/09/98.
2. Motion to confirm expense claims of 9/23/98. ~5~q~-~ Approved in the amount of $241,552.81.
