This meeting was called to order st 8' o clock p.m., by Trustee G.W. Holston"Presidertt
of the Boerd of Trustees"
Roll-call
Roll call found the following Trustees present,to-wit;
F.A. Cunningham, J.H. KELLEY, and G.W. Holston.
Absent Trustees Eschelbach ~nd Healy.
The minutes of theprevious meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Kelley seconded by Trus~
Kelle~ and regularly~-carr~ed were approved as re~d.
An application for a dance permit was received from N. Ross~ to hold Wednesday and Saturday
night dances at t~he Fraternal Hall in South San Francisco.
Moved by Trustee ~unningham seconded,by Trustee Kelley that the matter be laid over.

An application for an extention of 60 days on ~ contract for the' improvment of California
Avenue,Pine Avenue,Aspen Avenue,Juniper Avenue Etc. ,w~s received froN~ Raisch Improvment Co.

sn extention of SO days to complete their contract.

A communication w~s received from A.P. Scott wherein he asked that a lig~t be plzced in the center
of the block on Grend Avenue between Eucalyptus and Chestnut Avenues.
The matter w~s referred to tLe street committee.
A. co~n~unication was received from The Schaw Butcher Company asking that J. Stevenson, V.G. Hammond,
and J.F. Dwyer be appointed Deputy ~,~arshals of the City of South San Francisco.
The £o~Rowing resolution was introduced by Trustee Kelley.

of an anti picketing ordinance which he submitted to the Board for action.
