held Monday Janusry,§th. 1920.
This meeting was called to order at 8 0' clock p.m.,by Trustee G.W. Holston "President of
the Board of Trustees".
Roll call found all :'Trms%~e~,~-~--,~ present,to-wit;
P.A. Cunningham,A.J. ~schelbach,M.F. Healy, J.H. Kelley and. G.W. Holston.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee
by Trustee Healy and regularly carried were a~proved as read.
~n application far a pool room licenses was received from Antonio C&bezos ,who desired to
conduct a pool room in the Baden Hotel Building on Linden Avenue .

~1oved by Trustee Eschelbach seconded by Trustee Kelley that the matter be laid over until
next meeting of ~he Board.

A report wa~ received from Geo. ~. Kneese City Engineer showing that the sum of Five hundred
twenty three and Z0~100 $ollars was the amount due on the final settlement with Blanchard,
Crocker ~nd Howell for the I~provme~t of Walnut Avenue between Grand and M~ller Avenues.
Moved by Trustee Ounningham seconded by Trustee Kelley that the City Clerk be instructed to
draw a warrant on the General Fund for the amoun~ due BYznchard, Crocker and Howell,providing
the firm of BYanehard,Crocker and Howell repaired the damage caused by their concrete ~ixer
striking against the curb ~t the N.W. corner of Wlnutand L~ller ~ve,which damage wa~ reported
to their office on the ~st, day of November 1919,by the City Clerk.

A Communication was received fro~ Oeo. A. Kneese thanking the City Trustees for their express-
ion of sympt~thy during his recent bereavment.
The conmunication was ordered placed on file.
Cesare Lencioni appeared before the Board and asked that he be allowed a refund of Four and
20/100 Dollars on City Taxes an acco-mt of being assessed for improvments on ~h~ west
feet of lot Z1 B~ock 100 wheneno improw,~ents existed
L~Oved by Trustee Cunningh~m seconded by Trustee Xelley that the refund be granted.

The report of the City Treasurer was also received.
The report of the City Recorder was received and showed that the sum of Four (4) D llars had
been received through his office during the ;~lonth od December for which he enclosed check
The re~ort of the Chief of the F~re Department showed that there had been one fire during the
month of December with damage to the amount of $200.00 D
~!o~ed by Trustee Kelley zeconded by Trustee Healy that the reports of all City officers for
the Month of December received at this meeting be accepted and filed.

The followinf demands against the City were presented for payment,the same having been approved
by the finance committee.
