Holston, President of the Boar~ Roll c~l found the following Trustees present, to wit; ~.A. Cunningham, A.J. Eschelbach, L.G. Hardy Jr., Henry Scampini and G.~. Holston. Absent ~rustees,~ None. The minutes of the previous~meeting were read and upon mo'tion of Trustee Cunningham, seconded by Trustee Eschelbach and regularly carried and approved as read, A 'communication was received from'Gibson'8 Express Inc. stating that as far as the recordsof thei~ a~e concerned tha~ they have no report of any accident on April the 1Cth inst/ to the drinking Fountain on the corner of Grand and Linden Avenues. The communication was accepted and the Clerk instructed to notifY'the company that the accident h~ .ned on. April 3rd and not on April lOth as stated in their letter. Dr. J. C. McGovern appeared before the Board and requested that the City. pay the sum of $5.00 for h~ m~mbership and m~gazine in the U~S.'Health Administration Bureau. Moved by Trustee Eschelb~ch seconded by Trustee Hardy that the request be gr~nted. Motion carried. RESO]~UTION ORDERI~i~ VJORK. The fe!~ewing resol~::i~n was introduced by Trustee Cunningham. Resolved by the Board of Trustees of the Cit~ of Sooth Esn Francisco that the following work be dc in s~id City, to-wit: That a combined sanitary and storm-water sewer be.~onstructed from the Belt Railroad to the ] end of Storm sewer No. 1: also that a sanitary sewer be constructed from~Cedar~Avenue, along the easterly side of the right of waj of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, to the property of the Pacific Coast Steel Company, and that a sanitary sewer be constructed from ~edar Avenue, along the westerly side of theright of way of the Southern Pacific Railroad Company, to the property of the Pacific Car and Equipment Company; also that a storm-water sewer be constr~cted on San Bruno Road B~den Avenue to Grand Avenue. -~ The City Clerk is hereby directed to p~bl~h for two (2) weeks in "The Enterprise" , a newspa of general circulation, printed and published in said City, the following notice.
