The minutes of ~he previous meeting were read and upon motion of Trustee Cu=uingham
secOnded by Trustee Esche~b~ch ~nd regularly c~rried were approved.
The application of A.Locatelli for a soft drink license referred to the C~ty Marshal at
the last meeting was granted.
The application of Fred ~artinelli and Paul Pel]igrini for a soft drink license for the
Tan Poran Hotel was considered and referred to the City L{~rsha] for investigation.
Judge Cunningham appeared before the Board and etatedtthat.~'gam$1~g was going on
in the ~ity and asked that the Bozrd take some action iht the matter of two coffee ~nd pool room
houses which were under suspicion. The Board Decided to meet on Friday night the twelth inst., to
he~r complaints and instructed th e City ,,~arshzl to notify the proprietors of the places indicated
to appear before the Board. Michzel Byrnes was appointed to the position of Electrical Inspector.
