3. Public Comments—comments are limited to items on the Special Meeting
Agenda.
Ancel Romero the Senior Vice President of American Baptist Housing of the West and Henry
Karnilowitz of Rotary spoke in support of support of the project being negotiated under Closed
Session Item No.6.
4. Agenda Review.
City Manager Futrell advised of no new information pertinent to Closed Session Item No. 5
regarding labor negotiations. He believed the item could be heard at the time of the next regular
meeting(October 8, 2014) when additional information was expected.
Council agreed.
