Regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the City of South S~n Francisco held
Monday, July ~rd,1922.
The meeting was called to order at 7.Z0 p.m., by Trustee G.W.Holston, President of the
Board.~
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following Trustees present, to-wit;
H.Scampini, A.J.Eschelbach and G.W.Holston. Ab~ment, Trustees F.A.Cunningham, L.G.Hardy .Jr,
Trustee Hardy appeared after r011 call.
The minutes of the two previous meetings were read and upon motion of Trustoe Hardy second~
'by Trustee Scampini and regularly carried were approved as read.
The application of John ASelio for s soft drink license for the Shipyard Restaurant, laid
over from the last meeting, was read,and granted by the following vote;-
Ayes, Trustees, L.G.Hardy, H.Scampini, G.W.Holston.
Noes, Trustees, A.J.Eschelbach.
~bsent, Trustees, F.A.Cunningham.
Ah.~ application for a soft drink license was received from Brocchine and Luechesi,£O0
Grand Avenue, andgranted by the following vote;-
Ayes, Trustees, A.J.Eschelbach, H.Scampini, G.W.Holston
Noes, Trustees, L.G.Hardy Jr.,
AbSent, Trustees, F.A.Ounningham.
~ application for a soft drink license was received from Gulio Lombardi,Hansborough~
block, and Granted by the following vote;
Ayes, Trustees, ~L.G.Hard~Jr., A.J.Eschelbach,, H.Scampini G.W.Holston.
Noe~,~.Tr~stee$.~None.
Absent, Trustees,~ F.A.Cunningham.
Applications for so£t drink licenses were received from C.i~adini, 100 Grand Avenue and
~,~.E.Nickerson and Chas. B.Stanley, ~,8 Grand avenue, and an application for a pool room license from
Nickerson & Stanley, of the same address. Laid over and ~eferred to the City ~arshal for investigation.
The following claims against the citywere next presented for payment;-

The bills having been hpproved'by the finance committee Trustee Eschelbach moved
they be paid. The motion was s~conded by Trustee Hardy and regularly carried.
There being no further business before the Board Trustee Hardy moved to adjourn until
~onday, June 10th, 1922, at ?.Z0 0'clock'p~m. The motion was seconded by Trustee Scampini and re~ularly~
.carried.
