The meeting was called to order by G.W.Holston, President of the Board of Trustees, ~t ?;Z0 o'cl0~
~.m. There were present the following trustecs~
F.A.¢unningham,A.J.Eschelbach, G.~.Holston, and J.~.Pitt. Trustee Scampini was absent.
The minutes of the ~st meeting of said Board of Trustees were read,and, upon m~tion of Trustee
Cunningham, seconded by Trustee Pitt, were regularly approved ~s read.
A petition by Joseph Biagini to remodel the front of his building on Grand Avenue was then pres~
Upon motion of Trustee Cunningham, seconded by Trustee Eschelbach, and regularly carried the requmst w~
granted.
A communication w~s received from E.B.Johnson ~nd F.L.Ecksward enclosing a nulnber of bills pend~
before the Legislature. The communication was ordered filed.
An application for s soft drink license w~s received from L.Bartoli. It appearing that ~r. ~Bart~
has not complied with the requirements of Ordinance #108 with reference to the windows of the buildin~
where he proposes to sel~ soft drinks, it was moved by Trustee Cunningham, seconded by Trustee Eschelb~
that the application be postponed until ~r. Bartoli h~s fully complied with the 0rdin~nce. The motion
was carried.
An application from C.B.St~nley and N.~.Nickerson for a sof~ drink license wa~ received. ~pon
motion.made by Trustee Cunningham, ~econded by Trustee Pitt, and regularly carried, the license was
granted.
An application for a soft drink license was received from A. Baradat for the location ~08 Gran¢
Avenue. Upon motion of Trustee Cunningham seconded by Trustee Eschelbach, and regularly carried the
license was granted. Trustee Cunningham
then made application for permission to erect a garage, in comoliance with the provisio~
of the building Ordinance, in the rear of the lot on which he is now erecting a building facing Grand
Zvenue. Upon motion of Trustee Eschelb~ch, secohded by Trustee Pitt and regularly carried, ~he request
was granted.
E~ soft' ~rink~a~lica~ion was r~ceiVod from Ange~0 GenoveSi, ~Z~0~Gra~ Avenue, and upon ~otion
of Trustee Cunningham seconded by Trustee Eschelbsch and regularly carried was granted.

The bi~ls having been audited by the finance comraittee TrUstee Cunningham moved they be paid.
The motion was seconded by sSrustee E~-'chelbach and regularly carried.
It was then moved by Trustee Eschelbsch, seconded by Trustee Cunningham and.~egulerly carried
that the Board adjourn.
