in the City Hall Man~ay, November 15th, !926.
The meeting was called to order at 7'50 o'cloc? ~.n~ by Trustee Cum:ingham, ':~ea

the Board.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found all members of the bo~rd present, to-wit;-
Trustees, Eschelbach, Lloyd, ~,~znucciani,~ Tibbetts :end Cunningham.
The minutes of tn~ mrevious meeting v:ere ~ead and there being no errors or omi~sions
were a~'proved as read.
A communicet~on was received from John Lucio, ~sking the .~oard to require the Pacific T ! &
Telegra'~:~h Company to remove a · ole from in front o~ his garage, the rear of 567 ~,ii~ler Avenue to the
property line. Referred to the street committee. The street con,mitre, instructed the clerk to write
to the ~e!eDhone Comy~any making the request for the remova~ of the pole.

City Attorney Coleberd remortedin the matler of the salary claim of Paul Perussina
that it is likely the cm~y would be obli/:ed to ~av the Jmue salary. He was requested to investicate
a.d see if the State Com ensati ~n Insurance Fund advanced any money to Mr. Perusaina while he v. as
injured and unable to work.

Trustee Tihbetts introduced a resolution designating the "Eflterz,rise" as the newspaper
for publication of notice of filing assessment, No.56, 1he improvement off ~ portion of Chestnut Avenue
and a portion of Eucalyptus Avenue. The resolution was adoyted by the unanimous vote of the members
of the board, to-wit;-
