Roll call fotund all members of the council present, to-wit;-
Councilmen, A.Hynding, R.Lloyd, M.Minucciani, R.Ti, bbetts, =~,J.Eschelbach.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read. There being no errors or omissions Councilman
Tibbetts moved they be adopted as read. The motion wa~ seconded by Councilman Liinucciani and
carried.
firs.Eleanor l~n, assistant in the cl~erk's office for the past 20 months tendered her resign
and thawed th'~ cocci] for their fair and .-,,ourteous consideration during her ~,~rvice. The resignatio
was accepted. M~yor Eschelbach.~sked for a'vote of thanks for her 0n gcco~t of efficient and courtec
service, which was unani~ously given.
Applications were receive~~ for positiDns in lhe CitT Clerk's office from l~rs Elizabeth 0~ten
and Mrs. ~ie Conrad. The a?plicatione were ordered placed on fi%e.
The application of the Pacific Gas & Eloctrim Oom-~anY for ]~ermission to lay a 16" gas main
through certain sections of !he city was reported uTon favorably by the street co~mittee ~nd granted
by the City 6ouncil.

The Pacific Water Company was granted permission to change pipe on lot 15, Park'.v~y Terr~,ce,
vidiug no expense is incurred by the city,
City ,:~ttorney Ooieberd was asked the status of tf~e case of the storekeei:er on the Stale High
who is operating without proper permission. He will give the matter his attention during the we_~k
report back at the next meeting.
The new fire house was reverted corn leted with thee~ception of the installation of ~he fixlu
which have not yet been purchased.
The Clerk was instructed to again notify ~he proi~erty.,owners on the weEt side et' San Bruno
Ro~d to place concrete curb and sidew~.lks in front of their property within a period or ten days, aft
which time the city will order the work done if the property owners fail lo make the improvement.
Mayor EE-cheibach appointed a committee co,misting of O.P'.t{atto, E.C.Peok and L.2.Zcott to
in conj~'mtion with the ~t~te ilighway Conm~ission in ~oo,.zaendmno ','rice ~rrangement~ on the rights of
way for the Bay Shore Hi,jhu'c.y through L°uth S~n Pr~nciE~co.
~ Llr. U.S.Lck!es, representing the Consul!tug 2nginSering Comp~ny'of San Prancisco ~ppeared be~
the co~cil and asked to haYe the cilj eng&2m his company in mat~ers p~rtaining to the erection and
supervision of buildings m~der construction. 2e'st~ie~ this 7~0rk could be done for the city for the s
of ~2~ per honth. No action taken.
