A regularly adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of 3outh San ~'rancisco
was held in the city hall Tuesday evening, December 17th,1929.
This meeting was called to. order at 7 o'clock p.m. by _councilman A.J.Eschelbach,IJayor
of South San 5Tancisco.

Counc'ilman Hynding introduced a resolution overruling protest of property owners
on Linden Avenue against the widening, etc of tt'~e same. The resolution was adopted by the vote of
the councilmen present, to-wit;-

Counc,ilman 1J. inucciani introduced a resolution ordering the work of widening and the
installation of e!ectro!iers in Linden Avenue umder Resolution 0f Intention No.68., and calling
for bids for the proposed work to be submitted to 'tLc city council, Th6 resolutio~ was adopted.by
the vote of all the mer~bers of the counodl present,to-wit;-

to file complaint against the Southern Pacific Com?~:.ny and the South :i-.?.u Francisco Railroad and
~ower Company with the i:~ailroad Commission of the St?ts of California, On accmmt of interfference
owz=t Avenues junction. The resolution was

A communication was received from the Pacific Water company askinf for an engagement
with the city co~nci! to d. iscnss ti,e matter of t],e set!].er, czar of t~_e claims of the ?acific Water
Company against the city. It was agreed by the co~,mci! to meet the u'ater company at the city hall
on :3at~rday morning, December £1st,i929 at 9 o'clo:~k a.m. The clerk was instructed to so write the
c om? any.
The clerk was instructed to address a co~numication to the South San Francisco School
Trustee requesting them to attend a meeting inf:~rmally with the City Co~mcilmen on ldonday evening,
December 23rd, at 7; o'clock p.m~ to discuss and advise as to the locations for new public improvemen'
by bond issue, bath house, swimming pool,etc, etc,.
There beir:g no further business councilman Hynding moved to adjourn ~mtil Saturday
morning, December 21, t9£9, at 9 o'clock A.t~. The motion was seconded by Councilman Tibbetts and
regularly carried.
