A regularly adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of South San Francisco v;as held
in the City Hall ~onday evening, Earch 24th,1930.
This meeting was called to order at 7:30 o'clock p.m.. by coYmcilman A.J.Eschelbach, I¥~yor of
South San Francisco.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following members of the council present, to-wit,
CounCilmen, ~.Hynding, ~ R. ~ ' ~
~ ri. Lloyd, Tibbett:~, ~.~.~schelbach.
Absent,Councilman, M.11inucciani.
The reading of the minutes of the two pre~'ious meetings wes dispensed with.
An application for a dance permit for the Ur. ion Espanola De California for the' evening of
f,-pril 12th,1950 was made by the Chairman of the Con~.ittee, George Antonano. The permit was granted
on motion by Councilman Hynding seconded by Councilman Lloyd, on condition that pro, er police
protection is m~intained.
~iss A~_neka Kolleweyn, city and school nurse, submitted her resignation to 'the council,
stating she is in poor health, and not able to continue her duties. ~he stated she sto~ped work
on. the 17th of.Yarch. =~esignati6n accepted.
An application for a position on the election board April 14th, next,was received from ~s.
Annie Flink. Communication placed on fiIe.
Attorney James C.Healey appoared before t~ e council on behalf of one l~ark Ratio, asking for
a permit to conduct a PALIdISTRY BUSINESS. Referred to the Chief of Police with the request to
report back at the N. ext moeting.
~:epr~scntative of tLe Tacific Cas ~: El~-ct:'ic Coml':.any, ~:,~r. Lindquist, appeared before the
council in reference to the company's request to be granted permission to lay an 8 inch Natural gas
main betu~een the Western Zeat Company and the :d.Y.Fuller Company to supply natural gas to Fuller &
Company. C.ounc~l,~:~n' ~' ~,~ Lloyd informed h~m the cit of South ~an Francisco is awaiting an easement
to cross a small section of their property ir~ I~.<.~strial L~ay fro~ the gas company for the past 18
mop, tbs, and the same v~as not granted, and until it is {arnted the cit[,' would not gr~nt a permit
for their new pipe line. Lit. Lin&quest stated h~-~ rou!d investigate in the land department o~ t~:e gas
company and see why the city was not granted the ~k~:s~red easement.
ClaimS in the amount of ~48.35 v:ere next presented to the city council for payment. The
claims havin~_ ~ been audited by the financ,=~, conm_~ittee, councilman Hynding moved they be paid. The
motion was seco~ded by.councilman Tibbetts and re;~fular!y carried.

There being no further business before the council adjour~nent ~as taken on motion by
~ouncilman w~d~ seconded by councilman Tibbetts and regularly carried until }.~onday evening,
