CITY OP SOUTH SAN FRANCISO0,HELD FRIDAY,
FEBRUAHY 8TH, 19~$1.
A regularly adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of,South San Francisco
was held in the city hall,Friday evening, February 6th.1931.
This meeting was called to order at 7;30 O'clock p.m. by councilman Joseph P.Quinla~
~layor of South San FTancisco.
ROLL CALI'
Roll call found all member~_' of the city council present, to-wit;-
Councilmen,V.Boido,R,Lloyd, M.Minucctani,R.Tibbetts, Joseph P,g~uinlan.
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
An application for a permit to construct a one story,re-inforced concrete building
on the west half of lot 39,Block llT,Eap of South San Francisco, for ~he Enterprise, Was prese~
by E.E.Bramble, and the permit granted. The estimated cost was stated to be $6000.
The applicat!or, of A.J. Eschelbach for a permit to construct a theatre building of
concrete re-inforced at the :n0rthwest corner of Linden and Baden Avenues, laid over from Monda~
evening,February 2nd 1931 was taken up by the council and the permit granted.
Notice having been given b~, the city clerk to all interested persons, including
owners, that Monday Februa~~ 2nd,l~$1~had ~en?fixed for the appearance of such interested z, er~
to show cause why bonds should not be issued upo~-~the security of unpaid assessments in the
:~of the improvement of Linden Avenue under proceedings No.68, ~Iayor Quinlan asked if there were
persons present who wished to protest or any written protests against the same. None apmearing
councilman ~.~inucciani introduced a resolutiOn providing for the issuance of i~,'~rovement bonds
f$~ the unpais assessments, The resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all the members
the council, as follows;-
Ayes, Councilmen, V.Boido,R.Lloyd, M.Mtnucciani,R.Tibbetts, Joseph P.Quinlan.
Noes, Councilmen,None. Absent,Councilmen,None.

necorded in Book of Resolutions, Vol,2 at page ~28.
There being no further business councilman Tibbetts moved to adjourn until the next
regular mmeeting, Monday,~ebruary 16th,1931, at 7;30 o'clock.pm. The motion was seconded by couz
man Einucciani and regulgrly carried.
