The regular meeting of the City Co~cil of the City of Sout~-Sa~ Francisco was
held in the City Hall Monday evening, November 21st,19$2.
The meeting was called to order at ?;~0 o'clock p.m. by Mayor Joseph P.~inlan.

Roll call found all members of the council present, to-wit;-
Councilmen, V.Boido,R.Lloyd, M.Minucciani,R.Tibbetts,Joseph P.Quinlan.
The minutes of the previous meetin~ were read. There being no errors or omissions
they were approvedas read.
Communications were received from the Highland Bottling Association and the Califor~
Bottling Association requesting the city council to issue permits to their agents in South
ncisco, Manuel and Mrs. Correla of San Marco, to sell beer in this city. Conm~unications ordere
placed on file.
Applications for licenses or permits to sell beer, wine and liquors in the City of
San Francisco were received from Joe Cerquettini, John Kanellos,Martin Dovichi, Frank Giffra,
and Henry Baker. The communications were ordered placed on file.
Guteseppe Bessone and Luigi Giffra made application for permission to erect a gaso
station on Lots 2 and ~, Block l~2,on the Bayshore Highway, near Pine Avenue. Heferred to
Fire Chief ~elte for investigation.
A communication was received from t?~e South San Fr~ ncisco Chamber of Commerce
Confirming their telephonic request to the city to assist in decorating the streets of the
city for the Fifth Annual Junior Livestock and Baby Beef Show at the Union Stockyards, and
expressing the sincere thanks of the Chamber for the city's action.
Councilman Minucciani introduced a resolution and order providing for the issuanc
of street improvement bonds prescribing the denominations of the bonds and the interest coupon
attached under proceedings No.?~, the lighting of Lower Grand Aven~e. The resolution was
by the unanimous vote of all the members of the city council, to-wit;-
Ayes, Councilmen, V.Boido, R.Llo~d, ~.Ein~cciani, R.Tlbbetts,~ Joseph P,Quinlan.
Noes, Councilmen, None. Absent, Councilman, None. Attest ~aniel McSweeney
City Clerk.

On motion by councilman Lloyd, seconded bF counciln~n Boido the claims were ordered paid as
audited. There being no further business councilman~ Lloyd moved to adjourn until Monday
eveming, November ESth,1932. The motion was seconded by councilman Boido and ~egularl~y carried,,
