The meeting was called to order at 7;50 o'clock p.m. by Mayor Joseph P.Quinlan.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found all members of the council present, to-wit;-
Councilmen, V.Boido,R.Lloyd, M.~iinucciani,R.Tibbetts,Joseph P.Quinlan.
The minutes of the previous meeting were read. There being no errors or omissions
they were ap~roved as read.
A communication was received from Joe Franko requesting permission to hold dances
every Sunday afternoon for about two months,commencing January lst,19ZZ. Permission granted.
Pacific G~s & Electric ~ompany requested permission to open a 14" trench in the south
side of Tanarack Lane, near Orange Avenue. Referred to Councilman Tibbetts and the desired
permit granted.
Soft Drink licenses were granted Fat Boy Barbecue, Bayshore and Baden Avenue.Louis
Staucher,Baden, and Mrs Kate Borzzano,B~dem.
Reports of the City Health Officer, Building Inspector, Fire Chief and City Clerk for
the month ending December Zl,19J2 were submitted and accepted. The Fire Chief made an
additional report covering the entire year in all details of his work. The reports were
accepted with the thanks of the Mayor.
Co,mucilman ~iinucciani introduced a resolution of the City of South San Francisco
memorializing the State Legislature to enact provisions in the gasoline law apportioning
tart of the amounts collected to municipalities for street and road maintenance. The
resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all the members of the city council, to-wit:-
Ayes, Councilmen, V.Boido, R.Lloyd, M.Minucciani,R.Tihbetts,Joseph P.Quinlan.

On the request of Eames Nicolo~.opos , Su]erior Steam Laundry, the council decided to
charge the Lee Laundry with a ~eddler's license, and instructed ACting Chief of Police,V.
Bianchini to collect the same at once.
Gussone & Giffra, having submitted no plans ~nd specifications for a proposed
g~soline station no permit was issued them.

The claims having been audited by the finance committee Councilman Tibbetts noved
they be paid. The motion was seconded by councilman ~iinucciani and regularly carried.
There being no further bushiness councilman Boido moved to adjourn ~ntil the next meeting
,19~o, at ?:50 o'clock p.m. The motion was seconded by councilman Lloyd and
