REGULARLY ADJOURNED MEETING OF THE CITY

COUNCIL 0~ THE CITY OF S0~TH SAN FRANCISCO, HELD
MONDAY, AUGUST E6th, 1935.
A regularly adjourned meeting of the city council of the City of South
San 3~ancisco was held in the city hall, ~onday evenin¢, AugUst ~h,1935.
In the absence of I~ayor Reese Lloyd Cotzncilman Tibbetts moved that Councilman
John F.Mager be selected ~tayor pro tern. The motion was seconded by Councilman Minucciani
and regularly carried.
Councilman I~er thereupon took the chair and called the meeting to order at
8;0'clock p.m.
ROLL CALL.
Roll call found the following members o£ the city council present;-
John F,Mager, M.Minucciani,R.Tibbetts.
Absent, Councilmen,V.Boido and Eeese Lloyd.
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dis~,ensed with.
~ communication was received from the South San Francisco Athletic Club,
requesting permission to hol~ a dance on Au?~st ~lst,19~, from 8 0'clock P.;~. to
I a.m. On motion by councilman Minucci~ni seconded by Councilman Tibbetts and regularly
carried the desired permission was granted.
The Sociedad Mutualista ~Mexicana 'EORELOS~,{incor~orada) requested permission
to hold Literary Exercises at the Gramm~ar ~chool Auditorium at ?;80 ~.m. , an~ a dance in
Fraternal Hall, from 9;~0 p.m., Saturday evening, September 1Ath,19~B, to ~ a.m.
On motion by councilman Minucciani, seconded by Councilman Tibbetts and regularly carried
permission was granted.
The following claims were next presented to the council for payments-
in the amount of $96~.02.

The claims having been audited by the finance committee, Councilman Tibbetts
moved they be paid. The motion was seconded by the gouncilma~ ~inucciani and
regularly carried.
There being no further business ~o-,ncilman Tibbetts moved to adjourn until
Tuesday evening,September Srd,19S5,at eight O'clock p.m. The motion was seconded by
Councilman Minucciani and regularly carried.
