SPECIAL ~,[EETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO TO
BE HELD SATURDAY, APRIL 25, 1936.
A call for a special meeting of the city council of the City of South San Francisco
of which the following ~is .a copy:
The undersigned, being all the members of the City Council
of the City of South San Francisco, hereby roll a special
meeting of said City ~Council to be held in the Council
Chamber in the City Hall in said City of South San Fran-
cisco, on Saturday, the 25th day of April, 1936, at the
hour of 11.45 o'clock a. m. for the purpose of consider-
ing and acting upon the application of South San Francisc,o
Land and Improvement Company for permission to excavate
quantities of earth in Peck's Lots in said City, and-to~ do
blasting work in connection with such excavating WOrk; and
we hereby waive notice of said meeting and consent to the
transaction thereat of any and all such business as may b e
regularly brought before said City Council.

The City Council held a special meeting in the council chambers in the
City Hall Saturday morning, April 25, 1936, at 11.45 o'clock a. m.
There were present the following:
Counci~en V. Boido, J. F. Mager, D. W. Ratto,,A. J. Eschelbach, M. Minucciant
Absent, Councilmen None
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
Councilman Boido introduced a resolution granting permission to South
san Francisco Land and Improvement Company to do ex~cavating work in Peck's Lots,
and requiring said So. San F~ancisco Land and Improvement Company to file a
policy of insurance in the amount of $100,000.00 for the protection of people
living or entering said subdivision during the time of excavating.
The resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members of the
City Council, towit:

There being no further business Councilman Eschelbach moved to adjourn
until the next regular meeting. The motion was seconded by Councilman ~'iinucciani
and regularly carried.
