Purs~ant to call and waiver of notice cfa special meeting of the Council of the Citl of South San Francisco, of which the following is a copy;- The undersigned, beinz all the members of the City Council of the Cit]? of South San Francisco,do hereby call a speci, al meeting of sa~d City Council to be held in the council ohamber, in the City Hall of said city, on Bonday,_ the 29t~ day of November, 1937, at the hour .of V;00 O,clock p.M., for the purpose of actinq upon a proposed agreement between said City of South San Francisco and South San Francisco ~and and Improvement Company with respect to t construction of a storm water conduit and sanitary sewer in the southerly portion of said Cit of South San Francisco and also for the purpose of takin.~ any other appropriate action lookin voward the construction of such storm water conduit and sanitary sewer; and we here'by waive notice of said meetin[~i and consent to the transaction thereat of any and all business which may regularly come before said'meetinM. The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with. RESOLUTI0~ 635, · · Councilman Minucciani introduced a resolution of the City Council of The City South San Francisco authorizing the execution of an agreement license between the City of S, San F~ancisco and She Southern Pacific Company for the construction, re-construction,mainten~ and operation of a ~ x ~ ft concrete !~ox Storm sewer through the right Of way of a portion In the So.]~ndust the ~ayshore ~ranch of Southern Pacific Company east and west of Linden Ave~ The resolutio adop~ed by the votes of all the members of the City Council,~s follows; Ayes, Councilmen, V.Boido,~. RESOLUTION N0.636. Councilman Eschelbach introduced a resolution of the City Council of the City < South San Francisco authorizin~ a~. s~reement between the Cit~ of South San Francisco and ti South San Francisco ~and and Improvement Company to construct a Storm water and sanitary s, in the South Industrial Area, in which agreement the South San Francisco Land and Improveme! a~ree to pay the City of South San Francisco the sum of ~7800 as part of the cost of the c. of said sewer, the Sa~d pa._wment to be paid the ~ity of South San Francisco within ~75 days 29th, day of. November, 1937. The resolution was adopted by the: votes of all the members .City Council,a~s follows;- Ayes, Councilmen,V.Boido,A.J.Eschelbach, J.F.Mager,Y-?dinuccian · Noes, Councilmen, None.
