SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO HELD WEDNESDAY EVENING, April 26, 1939.
A meeting of the City Council of the Cit~ of South San Francisco was called
order in the council chambers of the Oity Hall, Wednesday evening, April
1939, at 7:30 otclock p. me by Mayor A. J. Eschelbach.
Roll call found the following members of the council present as follows:
Councilmen V. Boido, Rod Tibbetts, D. W. Ratto, M. Minucciani, A. J. Esch~lbach.
The reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
Mayor Eschelbach said the order of business w~s to adjourn out of respect to the
memory of the founder of South San Francisco, William J. Martin, who passed away
April 26, 1939. Councilman Ratto moved to adjourn to the next regular meeting
Monday evening, May l, 1939. The motion was seconded by Councilman Boido and
regularly carried.
