Copies of the minutes of the last meetings of the city council having been forwarded to all the members of the board,M~y.or Holston asked if any one noticed an,~ errors or omissioms. i:carinS none, he declared the m~nutes adopted as submitted. Nolston received a statement from the Office of Price Administration, calling the city's attention to overcharges b?: the ~carbagemen, and asking that something be done about the matter. After discussion it was decided t!at a chan6e in the ordinance would be necessary. A reply was received from the Stat Board of Equalization to the ci_ty's letter on the June ounyard application 'f'or an off-sale distilled spirits license,stating that she possibly will sell the license -~_~iA~,-:-~ to Parrrsrio ~ Finger, at the same location, or to someone else.
