A regularly adjourned meeting of the city counciJ of the City of South San Francisco
was held in the Cit~ hall, Wednesday evening, July 18,1~48.

Roll call found the following named members of the board present,as follows;-
Councilmen,Charles K.Elder, ~eorge W.Holston. ~i.~inucciani.
" Absent, Councilmen,Ivan ~.Eays and Victor ~oido.
~he reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
RESOLUTION NO.lOIV.
Council ~inucciani introduced a resolution of the city council of the City of South
San Francisco stating that t~is city enter into sn agreement, with the City of San Bruno and
the United States of America for the maintenance and operation of an outfall sewer,.,etc..
~he resolution was adopted by the Votes of all the members of the city council present,
as followe;- ·
Ayes, Councilmen,Charles K.Elder, George W.Holston, ~.~inucciani.
Noes, Councilmen,None.
Absent, councilmen,Ivan E.Hays, Victor Boido.

In the matter of the resignation of ~.i,i...urphy at ~onday's meeting of the city council,
as police clerk's assistant, Councilman Elder moved the resignation be accepted. The motion
was seconded by councilman ~iinucciani and regularl], carried, effective date,July 31,1945.
~here a?pearing no further business before the board councilman Elder moved to adjourn
until ~onday,0uly ~3,1~45. The motion was seconded by councilman ~iinucciani and regularly
carried.
