Due to the fact that members of the City Council and City Clerk were in attendance at
the convention of the League of California Cities in San Francisco the Deputy City
Clerk called the roll at ll:O0 a. m.
Present: Gsunc~tlman Victor Boido.
Absent: Councilmen Leo Ferko, Chas. K. Elder, Adolph Sani, Emilio Cortesi.
The Deputy City Clerk thereupon opened bids for the purchase of $100,000.00 Sewage
Disposal Bonds. The following bids were submitted:
American Trust Company, R. H. Moulton & Company, Blair
& Co., Inc.
Bank of America
Weeden & Co.
John Nuveen & Co.
Premium $3,730.00
Premium 3,121.00
Premium 3,075.00
Premium 2,198.00
Due to the fact that a quorum ~as not present the awsrd was laid over.
Councilman Boido adjourned the meeting to Thursday, October 27, 1949, at A:O0 o'clock ~.m.
