SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO HELD THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 23, 1950.
Council Chambers, City Hall.

Present: Councilmen Victor Boido, Ch~s. K. Elder, Leo Ferko, Adolph Sani, Emilio
Cortesi.
The meeting was called to order at &:A5 p.m. by Mayor Leo Ferko.
Reading of the minutes of the previous meeting was dispensed with.
City Attorney Coleberd stated Subdivision Ordinance was not ready for presentation but.
he would have same ready by March 6th and would mail a copy to each council member
before that time.
The ~rks Engineer stated that property owners were in favor of the improvement of San
~teo Avenue in conjunction with 'the improvement of South Linden Avenue; the ~ork to be
done under authorization from the City of San Bruno.
The City Manager brought up the matter of curbs and gutters on South Linden Avenue. He
stated this ~s not the solution to the problem and that storm drainage would have to b~
provided. After some discussion the City ~naEer and Works Engineer were to look into
this matter further.
On motion of Councilman ES~der, seconded by Councilman Sani and regularly carried the
meeting was adjourned to ~onday Hatch 6th at 8:00 p.m.
