The meeting was called to order at 4:55 p. m. by Mayor Sani.

MINUTES:
City Clerk having forwarded copy of the minutes of the previous meeting to all
councilmen, Mayor Sani asked if there were any errors or omissions. There being
none, the minutes were approved as submitted.
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS Communication was received from the Works Fmgineer presenting for approval plans
MISSION ROAD OUTFALL S~gER: and specifications for a sewer between Chestnut Ave. and E1 Camino Real at an
estimated cost of ~65,O00.
RESOLUTION NO. 1588 Councilman Boido introduced a resolution adopting plans and specifications for
MISSION ROAD OUTFALL S~.'~q~R: the construction of an outfall sanitary sewer between Chestnut Avenue and E1
Camino Real. This resolution was adopted by the unanimous vote of all members
of the City Council.
RESOLUTION NO. 1589 Councilman Cortesi introduced a resolution proposing a resolution of intention

GASOLINE STORAGE
STONESON CO.
Communication was received from Joseph L. Castor Company applying for permission
to install a 1000 ~allon underground gasoline storage tank at Stoneson DevelOp-
ment Co. on 19th Avenue Annex about 100 yards from the E1 Rancho Theater entrance,
this installation to be for about two years. On motion by Councilman Fider,
seconded by Councilman Boido and re~ularly carried, permission was ~ranted for
the installation for a period of tv~ years, subject to approval of the Fire Chief.
ADJOURNMENT:
On motion of Councilman Boido, seconded by Councilman Elder, and regularly
carried, the meeting was adjourned to Thursday, November 2, 1950 at ~:30 p. m.
